Founded in 1991 by Tim Gage FRICS, Anness and Partners is a multi-disciplinary practice covering both Commercial and Residential sectors in London and the South-east of England. With over 37 years experience in the commercial and residential markets the firm is well placed to provide advice on a wide variety of property related matters and to undertake negotiations on behalf of clients.

Past instructions include advising on rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gearing long leases, acquisitions, rating appeals, dilapidations claims, acting as an expert witness and development viability. The firm has extensive experience of dealing with airport related property including hangars.

In the residential market the firm undertakes survey and development work, particularly in relation to conversion of existing buildings whether period or modern.
